libref-array1 software package provides refcounted array for C, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libref-array1
libref-array1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libref-array1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libref-array1 *
You will get with libref-array1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
